About Me

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor practicing in Everett, Washington. I earned my Masters of Psychology from Antioch University Seattle, in 2007.

I did my graduate internship at Center for Human Service in Shoreline. In recent years, I have worked at Compass Health’s Emergency Service in Everett where I provided services to clients in crisis; and at the Department of Corrections’ Monroe Reformatory, with male offenders who suffer from chronic mental illness with acute psychiatric symptoms.

I have volunteered at Pathways for Women at the YWCA; created and led a program called “CHOICES” for offenders in prison for 4 years. I mentored female students at First Place School for 5 years. I am a member of the Washington Mental Health Counselors Association.

After working in institutions and agencies, I have decided my energy is better used in a private practice setting. I do love this work of being a mental health counselor. I feel my calling is to assist clients to grow and to improve their lives.
